Our client are currently looking for a Site Manager Coordinator to work on a contract basis. The role is based in Fife with travel to other sites so you must hold a UK driving license and have your own car.
Duties
Responsible for co-ordinating adherence to site compliance:
- Excellence in Action Management for all Governance Actions (Entropy/Enablon/OneLook) inc MOC, SIRC, All Site Governance Actions.
- Understands the Management of Change process and can provide support/driving action as required.
- Document Review, Update and Administration of Site documents on EQMS
- Support in completing sign off on operational work instructions and risk assessment, Legislative training, OH Health Surveillance Checks,
- Where applicable, emergency response onsite dealing with emergency services as and where necessary
- Governance data compliance and current BL compliance tasks
- CARM controls- understand departmental needs across site and support where required
- Update of Site Registers, for example: Confined Space, Working at Height, Asbestos
- Where required, management and action around Legionella checks to support Business Leaders.
- FACTS document (prep & admin)
- HACCP review (prep & admin)
- Support Planned Governance Site Visits - e.g. Willis; CARM, Occ Hygiene Surveys, ISO; FEMAS (as applicable)
- Auditee for Internal / External Audits (admin for audit prep)
- SAP Administration
- Experience
- Experience of working in a team and meeting the demands of a fast paced environment
- Industrial site experience preferable
- Proficient in the use of standard business (MS Office, SAP, EQMS, Entropy, Enablon, Discoverer, Quip) and third party portals as required
- Must possess full, clean UK drivers license
- Good knowledge of H&S requirements for production areas
