Role
Our Client has a requirement for an Assistant Print Operator, who will be required to work on a contract basis in Hersham.
- Role: Assistant Print Operator
- Location: Hersham
- Rate: DOE
- 6 Month contract
Role Purpose:
The Print Operator Assistant will work as part of the Engineering Department, under the direction of the Document Control Manager and interfaces with the Print Operator.
This is a head office-based role located in the Hersham Office
Job Role Responsibilities:
- Receive requests for large format scanning - action via large format printer and distribute to requestor.
- Receive requests for small format scanning - action via small format printer - if dossiers compile parts into full dossier including necessary bookmarks - distribute to requestor.
- Large and small format print requests - if dossiers compile into folder with dividers as necessary.
- Spiral binding.
- Laminating.
- Operate hole punch drill and precision guillotine.
Experience Needed:
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated record of delivery of solutions
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
