Job Description
We are seeking a Service Operations Analyst for a temporary, remote position within our team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in IT support or recent graduates from IT-related fields. The successful candidate will be dynamic, analytical, and capable of working under pressure, providing critical technical support to project teams and the business.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-line telephone-based technical support to users.
- Take ownership of incidents, investigate, analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve them efficiently.
- Enhance first-line fix rates and reduce costs by transferring knowledge and skills, including managing issues logged online.
- Produce technical documentation and knowledgebase articles as necessary.
- Engage in continual service improvement initiatives.
- Support project delivery when required.

- Microsoft environments: Proficiency in using and troubleshooting within Microsoft ecosystems.
Desirable Experience:
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience.
Behavioural Competencies:
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships, especially with remote teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and complete tasks independently while being a supportive team player.
- Willingness to engage with and work with different technologies.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic, with good timekeeping.
