Hybrid Work – Monday and Friday

 

Description:   We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager with a in depth knowledge of ISO 19650 to implement and manage our BIM processes and documentation on large project and tenders.

Mondays and Fridays remote.

Responsibilities

•BIM Execution Plan

•Setting up and Working with a CDE

•3D Model Collaboration (internal & external)

•3D Model Auditing

•Clash Detection Meeting and Reports

•Virtual Construction

•Design & Constructability Reviews

•Augmented Reality

•Visuals & Videos

Requirements

•Extensive knowledge and experience of the latest version Autodesk Revit and how it links to other software

•Extensive knowledge and experience of the latest version Autodesk Navisworks Manage (including: Clash Detection, TimeLiner & Quantification)

•Extensive knowledge and experience of Autodesk CDE ACC (including: Docs, Design Collaboration, Model Coordination, Insight & Build)

•Awareness of Autodesk 3ds Max

•Experience of implementing BIM into other organisations
