Key Responsibilities
Project/Programme Management:
- Lead projects through feasibility studies, design phases (including Design and Build), and construction support.
Delivery Excellence:
- Ensure projects achieve targets for budget, timelines, and quality.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Stakeholder and Client Engagement:
- Prepare project briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
- Foster and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Produce critical project documentation such as Scope Definition Papers, Project Execution Plans, and Risk Registers.
- Prepare project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
- Uphold quality assurance standards throughout the design and delivery process.
What You Bring
Qualifications:
- Degree-qualified with membership in a professional institution (e.g., MAPM, CMI, or equivalent).
Experience:
- Proven project management experience in water/wastewater infrastructure or non-infrastructure projects.
- Expertise in managing design delivery, including multidisciplinary and Design and Build projects.
- Familiarity with Scope Definition Papers, Project Execution Plans, Risk Registers, and Change Control Logs.
- Experience with bid delivery for water or wastewater engineering projects.
- International experience is a plus but not essential.
