Role
Currently looking for a Site Manager to be based on the Maresfield project. You will be expected to have a full understanding of the construction of electrical, mechanical, civil and process elements of the project. From planning stage, through construction and up to commissioning.
Our Client has a requirement for a site manager, who will be required to work on a contract or permanent basis in Maresfield.
Role Purpose:
- Provide construction resourcing planning and strategy at bid stage.
- Help develop the Construction Phase of H&S plans on winning bids.
- Manage & co-ordinate Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) as required.
Job Role Responsibilities:
- Delivery of toolbox talks at a site level.
- Manage the delivery of all 'as built' documentation throughout the onsite construction & commissioning phases.
- Provide input into EICA & Mechanical & Process design reviews where required.
- Complete site auditing & inspections as required ensuring the highest standard of quality is maintained.
- Oversee, co-ordinate and manage all completions up to pre-commissioning.
Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:
- Valid SMSTS 5 day course completion.
- Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Card Holder.
- Experience of MS Project and or P6 Primavera planning software.
- Previous experience in Water/Waste Water is desirable.
- Background in either Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering.
