Our Client has a requirement for a quantity surveyor, who will be required to work on a contract basis in Glasgow.

Job Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full range of Quantity Surveying duties from project inception through to completion, working both as part of a team and individually
  • Prepare cost plans, estimates, bills of quantities, tender documents, and supply chain payment assessment
  • Provide construction phase contract Quantity Surveying services including change management, contractor payment applications, final accounts
  • Prepare data and reports to timescales in a format required by line management and clients

Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

  • BSc in Quantity Surveying
  • Nuclear experience
  • Conversant in pre and post contract quantity surveying duties
  • NEC contract experience
  • Understanding of applicable methods of measurement
  • Be eligible for SC Clearance
