Role
Our Client has a requirement for a quantity surveyor, who will be required to work on a contract basis in Glasgow.
Job Role Responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of Quantity Surveying duties from project inception through to completion, working both as part of a team and individually
- Prepare cost plans, estimates, bills of quantities, tender documents, and supply chain payment assessment
- Provide construction phase contract Quantity Surveying services including change management, contractor payment applications, final accounts
- Prepare data and reports to timescales in a format required by line management and clients
Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:
- BSc in Quantity Surveying
- Nuclear experience
- Conversant in pre and post contract quantity surveying duties
- NEC contract experience
- Understanding of applicable methods of measurement
- Be eligible for SC Clearance
