Role
Our client is looking to recruit an Electrical Engineer for a Contract in Glasgow.
Our Client has a requirement for an Electricsl Engineer, who will be required to work on a contract basis in Glasgow.
Job Role Responsibilities:
- To undertake work packages for nuclear, marine, and O&G clients from Glasgow office.
- Team player ability; taking the lead on assigned project tasks and allowing others to lead as appropriate
- Good communicator; providing feedback of technical development and project delivery to the Lead Engineer and the Project Manager
- Ability to manage own time and to deliver within agreed timescales, target cost and quality standards, requiring minimum supervision
- Actively seeks guidance and knowledge where required to augment personal and project goals
Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:
- BEng qualification in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). Master level qualifications are preferable.
- A minimum of 3 years design engineering
- Familiar with Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD and/or Catia CAD software.
- Familiar with FEA and preferably a user level experience of ANSYS Workbench and Spaceclaim.
