Role

Our Client has a requirement for a EC&I Designer, who will be required to work on a Contract basis in Warrington or Whitehaven .

Role Purpose:

  • To Produce with input and guidance from the engineering design team, engineering design work packages (specification, drawing, analysis, verification or assessment of engineering) that satisfy the legal and functional requirements along with the associated performance conditions to the agreed time, cost and quality.

Job Role Responsibilities:

  • Must have significant demonstratable experience in CE&I project delivery.
  • Experience of the design delivery of building electrical services, process instrumentation, and mechanical handling equipment.
  • Competent in the application of CDM Regulations. 
  • Competent in the application of IET wiring Regulations.
  • Experience of space management, cable routing and cable management.
  • Have the ability to work as part of an integrated delivery team, and individually, sometimes to restrictive time constraints.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

  • Minimum ONC in appropriate discipline.
  • Significant experience in the use of AutoCAD.
