Specialising in .Net Developers

He specialises in recruiting for roles across a variety of I.T areas including .NET Developers, Java Developers, Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Automation and Manual testers, Tech Leads and Systems developers.

The specialist division, First Technology, opened in 2015 recruiting for I.T roles within the Engineering and Commercial sectors, and has grown from strength to strength.

Surinder says "There is so much potential"

We asked Surinder about his plans for the department and he said: “There is so much potential within the Technology division at First and I can’t wait to start seeing it progress. Because I have a solid business development and I.T recruitment background, I can confidently start to work on more complex I.T roles and expand the division’s capability. Technology is something I feel passionate about, and so when I work with a client I like to fully understand the requirement and the area they are looking to develop through technology, so that I can use my own network to find the right candidates.”
