First Recruitment Group Launch New Brand and Website

18 Dec 2015

After months of market research, design and consultation, we are delighted to introduce the new First Recruitment Group brand and website.

We have closely evaluated our services, our vision and company culture to make sure that they better represent who we are as a business, ensuring we are aligned with our clients and candidates individual needs.

Our new company vision is…

“To change the perception of recruitment by devoting ourselves to the happiness of our clients, candidates and staff.”

From this vision we have built our mission and values which you can read all about here.

Our CEO, John Urpi, commented,

“Ultimately we want to break the perception that agencies are pushy sales people, while focusing on the word ‘happiness’ wherever we can. This new brand and website reflects who we really are and I’m personally delighted with it.

“We have always been an agency that is focused on building relationships and loyalty with our clients and candidates, working to tailor our solutions however we can. Nothing has changed there and our reputation is strong because of it. Now, you can see our personality too, while getting an even better service.

“We’ve reviewed our Managed Solutions, launched a user friendly website packed full of industry knowledge, and we’re not stopping there as we continually look to make improvements, so we can stay ahead in our industry.”

Our new website www.firstrg.com uses cutting edge design and an easy to navigate structure, an advanced job search tool, quick CV send, client and candidate sections and shares industry knowledge to help you find better Recruitment Solutions.
