Simon Woodhouse and John Urpi Launch Operam Managed SolutionsFirst Recruitment Group are pleased to announce that it is expanding with the introduction of its new company OPERAM Managed Solutions.

Operam aims to tackle the current workforce management challenges in the market, as many businesses feel the pressure to reduce costs, increase visibility and engagement with suppliers, effectively manage compliance and risk, all whilst managing the busy recruitment process.

Background to new venture

You might wonder how we can make such a bold statement when Operam has just opened its doors? The answer is that this service has been developed by our CEO, John Urpi (pictured on the right), and managed solutions expert Simon Woodhouse (pictured on the left), who bring a combined 60 years recruitment experience.
