New year, new Vision, Mission & Values for First Recruitment Group

Following the Coronavirus pandemic, like many other businesses, our team have had to adapt and change the way we work to tailor to our candidates and clients needs. With this came the question of whether the new way we work was reflected in our vision, mission and values.
Following a fantastic group exercise with our enthusiastic team, we are excited to announce we have collaboratively worked together to create our new values, mission statement and vision in which we aim to show in everything we do.
Sales Director, Lewis Trow said, “This is something I am extremely passionate about and I am personally very proud of the journey we are currently on to ensure we have a great culture internally, which extends externally when collaborating with our customers. We are forever adapting internally with our own staff and externally with our customers, which brings us success. Being honest, open and reliable creates a strong company culture, attracts better talent and, more importantly, retains that talent. When people feel like they belong to an organisation, they are more likely to stick around for the long term. That means lower turnover of staff and better chemistry among our team and with our customers”.
